Floor Plans

Sea Winds condos are unique. There are 2 bedroom units for rent which are either flat (all on one floor) or townhouse (two floors) configurations.

Our 3 bedroom units are tri-level (3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 3 Floors) and are either Oceanside (slight view of the ocean) or oceanfront (total panoramic view) from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. 3 bedroom condos have 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 baths.

Our units are fully equipped, JUST BRING YOUR BEACH GEAR AND BEACH TOWELS AND YOU ARE READY TO GO.

Most of our units have wireless internet.  For those that do not, we have free wireless in the on-site clubhouse and porch surrounding the clubhouse.

Many of our units also feature flat screen TV’s and DVD players.

	2 Bedroom Unit, TH Our 2 bedroom townhouses are great for evening privacy. The bedrooms are upstairs while the living is downstairs. Our townhouses have a patio on the first floor and a deck on the second floor level. They too enjoy the luscious view of our lagoons and fountains. Click Here to View the Floor Plan »
	2 Bedroom Flats Our flats are either on the first or second floor. Once you step into your unit everything is on one level and there are no more steps to climb. The first floor flats have a beautiful patio area and the second floor flats boost a terrific deck. The majority of our flats enjoy the luscious view of our lagoons and fountains. 	3 Bedrooms Style A Style A 3 bedroom units have the living area on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor and the master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. There is a small to medium view of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony. Click Here to View the Floor Plan »
	3 Bedroom Style B Our style B 3 bedroom units are tri-level with the 2 bedrooms and bath on the first floor –the living area on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor has the master bedroom suite with master bath and balcony. 	3 Bedroom Style C Our oceanfront condos are 3 bedroom 3 bath 3 floor units. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room and a view of the sand dunes from one of the bedrooms. The second floor is the living area with kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living area with a deck and beautiful panaromic view of the ocean.
